This project of 2 floors of approximately 48,000 SF of office space aimed to modernize the building from the inside out, creating a sense of openness, re-evaluating spatial hierarchies, balancing storytelling, with nature, technology, flexibility and well-being in a holistic way. The space tells our client's story through tradecraft, materials and viewsheds to the National Mall. Our scope included the programming, interior architecture, millwork design, custom metal fabrication, lighting, audiovisual design, full engineering and furniture selection.
