Torre Angola rises 380 meters as one of the tallest towers in Africa, combining commercial space, a luxury hotel, and a tourist route leading to a 360º observatory. KOr.10 in association with ATEPA partners developed the program to ensure that the tower’s housing component aligns with its architectural ambition and mixed use vision. The project integrates hospitality, wellness, commerce, dining, tourism, leisure, and media, while its interiors showcase high quality natural materials sourced from Angola and across Africa to reinforce cultural identity. Two-story apartments create unique views and vistas, while reducing the overall amount of circulation and improving efficiency. A expressive exterior, refined interiors, and diverse program create a landmark that positions Luanda at the forefront of a forward looking, culturally rooted future.
