This Union project transforms an existing warehouse space through a bold architectural addition and a series of interior upgrades. 2 options were created, an insertion distinguished by a secondary skin made entirely of exposed pipes—a strong visual identity symbolizing the trades taught within and another styled as a "car dealership".

Inside the existing structure, a new suspended catwalk reorganizes circulation and enhances the training environment; it integrates exposed pipes running beneath its structure, turning mechanical systems into didactic architectural story-telling. These visible pipe networks trace the underside of the walkway, making the infrastructure legible and transforming the interior into an immersive learning environment where students can work-on plumbing systems directly.
