KOr.10 was engaged by AFT for multiple projects including redesign of several floors of their DC headquarters: 4th, 5th, and 11th floors including a large multi floor conferencing center that involved significant base building modifications. The modifications included a two-story auditorium with tiered seating fashioned from the removal of a 7000 sf section of the slab between 2 adjacent floors.

Another project in the AFT building, on the 6th floor, was built for the union of university planners. It consisted of 14,000 sf tenant space and core/shell renovations. The suite was designed within a tight budget, relying on the use of glass, a louvered ceiling and metallic yellow accents to create a visually dynamic space.
