Building addition to an existing 1,800 sf home for a total square footage, including the existing basement and main level of roughly 4,800 sf. Improvements to the home include a one floor addition a new garage, extension at the front façade and a re-oriented exterior deck.
From a perspective of sustainability, in order to avoid ground disturbance and waste, existing lower basement floor and foundation was retained.

Interior alterations to the basement level to allow for the addition of a new Accessory Dwelling (AD). The AD has been approved and permitted by zoning.
